Khwai River is one of three lodges in Botswana which are owned and operated by Orient Express. All three camps are very luxurious, but lacking in genuine safari character and accommodate too many guests to permit a sufficiently intimate atmosphere. Rooms area fitted out with airconditioning, telephones and minibars. Not really our scene at all in fact.
