10 x twin thatched en suite chalets.

Two rooms have double beds - eight have singles.

Secluded honeymoon chalet

The chalets are spacious and split level decorated in
simple colonial style.

Each chalet affords special views of the Zambezi
river and across to the Zambezi National Park

Facilities & Services

The main lodge building has a colonial style
tin roof and houses the dining room, lounge,
drawing room and library which is stocked with
volumes of historical and wildlife literature.

Card tables and board games are found in the
library and a croquet lawn stretches towards the river

Meals are elegant affairs and are of an exceptionally
high standard

Nature trail around the lodge for birding

Game drive offered into the nearby Mosi oa Tunya
park - species to be seen include elephant,
buffalo, giraffe, zebra, wildebeest, impala

One room can accommodate wheelchairs
and wheelchair ramps are available

Special Notes

Elephant are frequently sighted on the small
islands in front of the lodge

Hippos are regularly seen and heard.
