Intoduction

A number of Teambuilding Intervention options, which are tailor-made to suit the requests of Companies choosing Victoria Falls as an incentive destination for their group of delegates or for Conferencing functions with a difference.

To complete any package, transfers operate in and around Victoria Falls, from arrival at the airport (Victoria Falls & Livingstone), between hotels, to and from activities and assisting with tailor-made requests to Schools and local rural Villages. All the Tours on offer include the Transfers as part of the activity.

To Plan an Itinerary for a Group, the following information is necessary:
· Number of Guests in the Group
· Number of Nights in Victoria Falls
· Budget for the group
· Request for Special Events (Teambuilding, Themed Dinners, Light Show, etc)
· Activities to be included (eg Sunset Cruise, Helicopter, Whitewater Rafting etc)
· Tours to be included (Tour of the Falls, Visit to a School, Community project, etc)
· Accommodation needing confirmation
· Conference/ Incentive/ Leisure Group
· Conferencing Facilities required (in Hotel/ or in the Bush)
· Special Requests (wheelchair accessibility, specific diets, etc)
· Requests for exclusive activities (based on minimum numbers)
