· Budget for the group
· Request for Special Events (Teambuilding, Themed Dinners, Light

· Activities to be included (eg Sunset Cruise, Helicopter, Whitewater
Rafting etc)
· Tours to be included (Tour of the Falls, Visit to a School,
Community project, etc)
· Accommodation needing confirmation
· Conference/ Incentive/ Leisure Group
· Conferencing Facilities required (in Hotel/ or in the Bush)
· Special Requests (wheelchair accessibility, specific diets,
etc)
· Requests for exclusive activities (based on minimum numbers)
